MUSIC
Olney Prep has an Instrumental Music Program taught and directed by
a Music Director. Instrumental instruction is available to students
in grades kindergarten through eighth in strings, handbells, chimes,
violin, viola, cello, and piano. Students also have the opportunity
of being a part of the OAPS Orchestra and Choir. Materials and instruction
fees, available at the beginning of each school year, are determined
by the Music Director and private piano and string instrument instructors.
The Olney Conservatory: An After-School Enrichment Program
The Olney Conservatory is an innovative school offering music and foreign language classes. Founded with the mission to create an environment that allows students to go above and beyond their artistic and personal goals, the Olney Conservatory focuses on developing complete musicians and cultured linguists.
